3. Product Representation and Bespoke Nature

3.1 Made-to-Order: All items are custom-printed upon receipt of an order. Because each item is bespoke and personalised to your specifications, rights of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to these items, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors made by us.

3.2 Digital Mockups: Product images and mockups displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of colours will exactly reflect the physical garment's color or the exact placement of the print. Minor variations in colour and alignment are inherent to the custom printing process.

3.3 Garment Care: Our DTF prints are tested for durability up to 50+ wash cycles. However, longevity is dependent on following the care instructions provided. Zero Chill Co. is not liable for damage resulting from improper laundering (e.g., high-heat drying or bleaching).

4. Shipping and International Orders

4.1 Delivery: We offer worldwide shipping. While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, these are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, postal strikes, or customs processing.

4.2 Customs and Duties: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Chill Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
